It is influenced by factors such as culture,family,reference groups and social class.Our lifestyle reflects our image or self concept; the way we see ourselves and believe we are seen by others.We should all strive to live the lifestyle we want or desire and never judge anyone despite their different lifestyles.

1.HEALTH.
A healthy or unhealthy lifestyle will most likely be transmitted across generations.For example when a family practices healthy lifestyle then it is more likely for their children to become healthy and adopt the same lifestyle.Parents are the first teacher to their children and everything they do is transmitted to them through the learning process.Everyone should practice healthy lifestyles through having a balanced diet,regular exercises,avoiding drug substances ,proper living conditions ,having peace of mind and taking care of themselves.All these would make one avoid lifestyle diseases such as asthma,obesity,type 2 diabetes,depression,diseases associated with drug abuse and some types of cancer.
