TOP PERFORMING HIGHSCHOOLS IN KCSE

Although the ministry of education had shunned the ranking system and naming of top performers, an evaluation of the results showed some of the best performed schools in the 2022 KCSE results. They include: Nyambaria Highschool -Nyamira Nyambaria high school in Nyamira county performed exceptionally well after registering a mean score of 10.89 in the 2022 KCSE exams. It had 100% transition to university after all the candidates attained the minimum grade of C+. 28 candidates scored grade A ,383 candidates attained an A- while the least candidate had a B plain. Cardinal Otunga Mosocho  Cardinal Otunga high school in Kisii county also performed excellently after registering a mean score of 10.76. 28 candidates scored A and 201 candidates scored A-.The lowest candidate scored a mean grade of B- thus attaining the 100% university transition. St. Anthony Kitale. The boys’ school in Kitale were not left down either. They had a stellar performance after registering a mean score of 10.33 ....
